Shared advantage for leading posts

PHYSIA

Helping trusted postal networks become more efficient, resilient and valuable.

An intelligent logistics network connecting physical hubs

Postal operators sit on one of the world’s most valuable combinations of trust, reach and operational experience. PHYSIA helps leading posts turn that position into practical advantage: fewer avoidable disruptions, better use of assets, faster response to change and stronger service for businesses and communities.

The initiative is designed for collaboration without sacrificing sovereignty. Participating posts can learn together, pursue shared opportunities and improve coordination while retaining control of their information, responsibilities and customer relationships. The result is a stronger foundation for supply-chain optimization, new commercial services and a more competitive role in the physical economy.

PHYSIA will be formally announced during FutureLab CEO Moses Ma’s keynote, “The Intelligent Postal Network: From Automation to Orchestration,” at Parcel+Post Expo in London on 23 September 2026. The announcement will be accompanied by From Post to Platform, FutureLab’s new book on how postal networks can become the control plane for physical commerce.

PostalAI OS framework showing the transformation from traditional postal operations to an intelligent, networked and sustainable platform
PostalAI OS is the operating vision behind PHYSIA: a shared intelligence layer that brings together postal data, digital twins, coordinating agents and trusted interoperability. It helps posts move from siloed, reactive operations toward faster decisions, stronger networks, lower costs and carbon, and new platform value—while each operator retains sovereignty over its data and decisions.
